Monroe residents now have a place to explore the latest technology, get help with their services, and talk face-to-face with local experts after the grand opening of a new Xfinity Store on North Kelsey Street.
Comcast celebrated the opening of the store at 14751 North Kelsey Street on September 9 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks from community and company leaders, product demonstrations, and tours of the new location. Monroe City Councilmember Tami Beaumont joined Rigo Topete, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Comcast in the Pacific Northwest, for the celebration.

Reliable internet and mobile services are essential for families, students, remote workers, and small businesses, and we welcome Comcast’s continued commitment to serving our community.”
The Monroe location became Comcast’s seventh Xfinity Retail Store in Snohomish County, joining stores in Arlington, Edmonds, Everett, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, and Mill Creek. Together, the seven locations give residents across the county more options for getting in-person assistance closer to home.
A New Local Stop for Xfinity Customers
The new Monroe store was designed to be more than a place to pick up or return equipment. Its interactive layout gives visitors an opportunity to see and try Xfinity Internet, Mobile, TV, and smart home technologies and get personalized assistance from on-site specialists.
Customers can stop by to compare products, ask questions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, exchange equipment, or get help setting up or upgrading services. For people who prefer discussing their options with someone in person rather than navigating them on their own, the Monroe location provides another nearby option for getting answers and assistance.

Visitors can learn about multi-gigabit Xfinity Internet and in-home WiFi, explore Xfinity Mobile phones and plans, check out TV and entertainment options, and learn about home protection services, ranging from WiFi Shield, included with eligible Xfinity Internet service, to Shield Select for self-monitored home protection, and Xfinity Home Security for professionally-monitored security.
New Xfinity Internet customers can also choose same-day equipment pickup at the Monroe store. Once they sign up, customers have access to Xfinity’s network of more than 23 million secure WiFi hotspots.
A Longstanding Connection to Snohomish County
The new store is the latest addition to Comcast’s presence in Snohomish County, where the company has also supported local community organizations for years. For more than a decade, Comcast has partnered with Boys & Girls Clubs of Snohomish County to help young people, including students in Monroe, build skills and gain access to technology. The partnership began with support for STEM education through funding and employee volunteers and has grown into a countywide effort connecting thousands of students with digital learning opportunities.
The Monroe store adds another local connection for residents in eastern Snohomish County, whether they are looking for help with their existing services, shopping for a new phone, exploring home technology, or simply want to talk with someone in person about their connectivity needs.
The Monroe Xfinity Store, located at 14751 North Kelsey Street, is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
