Comcast has opened a new Xfinity Store in Arlington, giving residents a fresh option for in-person customer support at a time when many internet providers have moved entirely online or to phone-based service.

The store, located at 3704 172nd Street Northeast, Suite H, is Comcast’s fourth Xfinity Store in Snohomish County and brings nine new local jobs to the community. The company says the goal is to make it easier for customers to test products, manage accounts, return equipment, or troubleshoot services with a real person—not a chatbot or call center.

Hands-On Access to Internet, Mobile, TV & Security Services

The new location features an interactive showroom where visitors can try out Comcast’s full suite of services:

Xfinity Internet: Learn about our multi-gig Internet speeds, powerful WiFi that covers the entire home, and super-responsive connections with low lag, all to power streaming, gaming and videoconferencing – simply and seamlessly.
Xfinity Mobile: The most reliable network for a fraction of the cost. Xfinity Mobile delivers reliable, lightning-fast speeds – up to 1 Gig – at home and on the go. And now, customers can get one line free for a full year with a qualifying Xfinity Internet plan.

The store’s trained consultants can demonstrate products, walk customers through upgrades, troubleshoot equipment, and help residents understand their current plans.

Part of a Broader Community Investment

The Arlington store opening comes just weeks after Comcast supported a major technology upgrade at the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish County’s Granite Falls Club. The company contributed $60,000 to help launch a new Lift Zone, which provides free WiFi access and digital skills programming for youth who may not have reliable internet at home.

Lift Zones are designed to help students get online for homework, remote learning, and digital literacy training—part of Comcast’s larger effort to support digital equity across Washington.

A Growing Footprint in Snohomish County

With the new Arlington site, Comcast now operates four Xfinity Stores across Snohomish County, adding more local options for residents seeking in-person customer service.
