Shawn Carlson, VP, Commercial Banking Officer, Everett Financial Center
Shawn attended Western Washington University and holds certificates in business management from the University of Southern California and Duke University. Active in the community, he has volunteered with Junior Achievement and Food Lifeline and supports the Seattle Good Business Network.
Mike Cross, VP, Commercial Banking Officer, Everett Financial Center
Born in Alaska, Mike moved to Seattle in 1991 and now resides in Arlington, where he serves customers in the Bank’s Snohomish County market. Mike is actively involved in the community and serves on the board of the University District Parking Association and the budget advisory team for the Arlington School District. In 2021, he donated a kidney as part of the Share Your Spare kidney donation campaign, providing hope and inspiration to others.
Steve Wilde, Senior Loan Officer, Edmonds Branch
Steve has dedicated his entire career, spanning over 40 years, to the banking and lending industry, and brings a wealth of experience in production management and loan origination. He also possesses expertise in construction lending, conventional conforming, FHA/VA loans, jumbo and portfolio lending. As a Senior Loan Officer, he is committed to providing exceptional customer service to his clients and serving as a trusted advisor to those seeking mortgage financing.
Born and raised in Everett, Steve is a lifelong resident of Snohomish County and enjoys serving his community. He has served as a board member with the Mukilteo YMCA, participated in Habitat for Humanity projects, and volunteered as a youth sports coach.
