Snohomish County Block Party

Friday, August 26
5 – 10 p.m.

Saturday, August 27
11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Head out to the Snohomish County Block Party, kicking the night off on August 26 with a Mardi-Gras-style party. Enjoy a drink from one of seven local breweries, cideries, and distilleries while watching a stand-up comedy performance by Joel McHale. There will also be live music and a huge dance party with a laser light show from Nite Wave. Experience an entertainment extravaganza with roaming magicians, stilt-walkers, burlesque performances, adult balloon artists, and more. This evening event is open to ages 21 and over only. Grab your tickets now for Friday on 1st for a one-of-a-kind block party celebration.

Bring the family to the Snohomish Block Party Street Fair on Saturday, August 27, from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. for an entire day packed with fun activities for all. Listen to live music while enjoying some delicious food from multiple food truck vendors as well as a variety of craft and retail vendors. There will also be a special kid’s zone in the free, non-ticketed area with a bounce house, games, fun activities, and live performances. Tickets are on sale now for one of the biggest parties around Snohomish.

Snohomish Outdoor Movies

Boys & Girls Club

End the summer with family-friendly outdoor movies at the Boys & Girls Club in Snohomish. The shows will start at dusk, between 8:45 – 9:15 p.m. Bring some lawn chairs and snacks and enjoy these free films with the family.

Sail over to the 7th annual Sail-In Cinema in Everett, offering free movies and fun for the whole family every Friday night. Returning to a full opening after COVID-19 restrictions, guests can once again sail in by boat or walk in for a waterfront film on a 40-foot inflatable screen. Boxcar Park will open one hour before showtime to allow you to find the perfect spot, set up, get a snack and get ready to enjoy the movie. Dance the night away to the Sounds of Summer Concert Series in Marysville, kicking off Friday, July 15, with Cosmo’s Dream. Concerts start at 7 p.m. and are free for the community to enjoy. Bring some snacks and dance to the beat for a fantastic time at Jennings Park. Check out the free Children’s Concert Series, held at noon on Wednesday, July 20 and August 3, for exciting music the kids will love.

Beat the summer heat with Popsicles in the Park, located within the Spray Park at Comeford Park in Marysville. Make some new friends and enjoy a free popsicle at this social event. “Join us, and you’ll meet with the Mayor, Police Department, Fire Department, and Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department, all while cooling off and enjoying a premier park!”

End the summer on a high note with these fun events happening around Snohomish County through the month of August. Take in the Sounds of Summer or enjoy the Sail-In Cinema for a movie night.
