Head out to the Boeing Future of Flight in Mukilteo for an interactive and engaging learning experience, fun for the entire family. Step into the Gallery, featuring over 150 products and services from Boeing. Current and future products are displayed, showcasing “space and hypersonic travel, sustainable fuels, autonomous aerial systems and much more.” Learn more about the drones being made by Boeing and the implementation of robotics, paving the way for future aviation building.

Step outside onto the Sky Deck for mesmerizing panoramic views of Paine Field, the Boeing Everett Factory, and the North Cascades on a clear day. Virtual Experiences are also offered for online learning and virtual field trips. Tickets can be purchased online, with savings offered to seniors, military, and Boeing employees. Children under six are offered free admission. Enjoy unlimited access to the Gallery and Sky Deck with an annual pass. Located at Paine Field in Everett is The Museum of Flight Restoration Center & Reserve Collection. Check out the “23,000 square-foot site, where thousands of volunteer hours are devoted to renovating and restoring aircraft exhibition quality.” Some projects take years to reach completion, with volunteers working hard year-round. Due to operating restrictions, the Restoration Center and Reserve Collection are currently closed to the public, but for those looking to get involved, check out their current volunteer opportunities.

As a non-profit, this agency relies on its volunteers to run many programs and operations. Youth and adult volunteer opportunities are available to those interested. Restoration Tours, when reopened to the public, offers visitors the chance to explore the aircraft, learn about the labor involved, and talk to the volunteers about ongoing projects.
